I have always fished for trout in the lakes. Now I am interested to fish
for catfish before the season is over.
How would I set my line differently when I fish for catfish? Here in San
Diego the lakes are stocked with 1 to 3 pound catfish.
When I fish for tourt I use a leader line and a little bit of weight. Do

need to use a leader line when I want to fish for catfish?
What should be my fi****ng line strenght?
What kind of a bait and hook works best?
