Walt Powell worked with Bruce & Walker to market hexagraph rods
here in the US back when they first started making hexagraph rods.
Walt sent me one and a boatload of bull**** about how great they
were. I cast it for a half hour and promptly ****pped it back. It
felt like a broomstick, a very heavy broomstick.
Some of the other 'glas I've tried is very nice and suits my
casting style but I'm not predicting a big comeback for 'glas in
an era of faster is better casting cannons.
