It's either a hydrofoil or hydroplane, I can never keep those
straight.
I saw the link a while back. I was just trying (unsuccessfully) to be
funny with my response.
I think that thing constitutes a very high priced gadget for somebody
who wanted a fully enclosed jet ski. It has a huge amount of power
for what it seems you get out of it.
