My suggestion is that, if this engine ever worked properly for you,
then don't adjust the jets until you have checked over the entire fuel
system and ignition system. Chances are, if you have something like
wet wires or a clogged filter or a crankcase leak, your fuel/air mix
will not be right until you fix whatever it was anyway.
As a rule of thumb, replace any black fuel line/radiator hose every
year. Replace the clear blue stuff every two years. The clear blue
stuff won't work with EFI engines, but it costs twice as much and
lasts twice as long as the black stuff.
