They have a very simple page, after which they want your contact
information to go any further.
From what Paul says, they want money to get any information out of
them, even basic specs.
Both of these things are red flags to me. I can't imagine them
getting a large list of contacts to sell from this sort of page, but I
imagine signing up will add you to yet another bunch of spam lists,
and that if you give them money that you'll be profoundly disappointed
in the results. For that matter, I wouldn't give them any credit card
information...
