I just saw the video.  I'm in it, twice.

The WIG is Bob Wind'ts craft.  I think it has a 25 hp kohler.  Maybe
bigger, but I don't think so.  Definitely four stroke.

The problem is getting it to fly slow, it won't.  Once it's in the air
it keeps gathering speed until you're going faster than most people
want to go.

I don't know if Bob's solved that problem, but I know he's made a more
recent copy than the one you see in the video.  Or more likely, he's
modified the one he had.

All the crafts in that video, except for in the racing scenes, are UH
crafts.
