Brendin,
Are you using a variator or a stock 13p?
Be careful about the belt keepers. If they wrap entirely around the
belt, it could be a problem. I've never seen this happen, but I have
frequently imagined the keeper getting loose or worse yet caught, and
sucking my lift fan through the engine while converting my lift belt
into a ball of yarn.
That said, keepers are commonly used everywhere, so it's probably just
my imagination.
