I had a similar problem with a 4-stroke. The connection between the bulb
and
the engine had a very small air leak somewhere. The temp fix was to make
sure the bulb was filled with fuel every few minutes. The engine would
perk
right up, run fine for five-ten, then start to slow. You might try that.
If
it's a behavior match, all you have to do is replace the line from the
tank
and bulb to the engine.
