Probably not. Woody Henderson, who works for Latts & Atts magazine
cir***navigated in a clapped out Cal 33 named LowKey. He had to do a lot
of work
on it before he left and had to do considerable repairs along the way. It
was
very spartan, but he was young, broke, and adventurous, so he made do with
what
he could afford. It was relatively cheap for what he managed to do with
it, but
it was a LOT more than $1000. I think he bought it for about $5000 and
then put
several times that into it.
