I agree with you. I've seen requests for funding so that couples can
cruise 
full time. Even had a "preacher" at the marina that got the boat he and
his 
wife lived on thru donations. His scam was that it was a floating church
for 
troubled kids. This was recognised for what it was and he was not allowed
to 
"perform" in or out of the marina. Turns out that not only is it against
the 
rules to run a business at the marina, but also the boat owners took a dim

veiw in this guy im****ting a bunch of "troubled youths" to help themselves

to the boaters personal property.
I realize the above is not politically correct, but the real world isn't 
politically correct and the libs that would complain about what I've said 
wouldn't park thier high end cars in the bad part of town.
I'll send money to feed kids, provide medical care and a chance at an 
education, but not for stuff like this.
I lost a boat in a hurricane and considered it to be my problem and no one

elses.
