Ken,

The short answer is no....

WiFi is only available if you at a marina or mooring that has been
specifically equipped to supply same.

I number of my clients have Verizon and now Singular service that costs
about 60$us a month and is reasonably fast. It works in the cellphone
bands and I have put cell repeaters on board a few so that they can get
a reliable and solid connection.

Satellite is simply not practical until you get up to a couple hundred
tons and have a service generator online all the time. The power
consumed by the tracker would be tough to manage on batteries while
under sail.

Good Luck
