Re: whitsundays chartering revisited

I am just back from there Shaun. Its the perfect time of the year. The
water
is great. The Weather is great.

The problem with cats under 30ft is generally space. They tend to get very

small.
I dont know of any cats that are much under 30 ft that are in survey for
charter. Just about every cat up there appears to be a Seawind, Lagoon or
FP.

What may suit your budget would be an RL28 or Mangrove Jack. Both of these

designs are older, but have been in hire fleets over the years. I would
assume there is a couple of them floating around in smaller charter
fleets.

The weather really is great there atm. The breezes have been SE 10-15 on
average and for the ten days on Hammo we only had a few drops of rain on
one
night.
