In short, he is a she, and she probably does have more of an explanation 
than I know about.

As I say I try and stay clear of the politics side of clubs. I would
rather 
get my hands dirty helping out rather than pen pu****ng, but I think the 
bottom line is that a self audit was requested of all clubs stating 
financial positions, member****ps etc.

Our club is very financial, mainly because we have great fun fundraising 
events but are careful not to waste money.

Our club holds 2 huge events every years as our main events.
The ****t2****t fun ocean passage from ****t Villa Vanuatu to ****t Bundaberg 
Australia in November each year and the Whale Watching Adventure Cruise in

September of each year.
The ****t2****t is a great fund raiser for the club while the Whale Watching

Adventure Cruise makes nothing. Its just a fun event.

We do have a large number of members, but they are scattered all over the 
world as they cruise around the globe.

So I think the new fees were based on member****p numbers and financial 
status of the club.

if that doesn't smell of a tax then I don't know what does!!
