Plywood sole

I'm looking for plywood sheets for the sole of my project boat (35'
steel yacht).  It will be dry inside so marine ply isn't an issue, but
I do want it to look like like planking.  Sydney Wood has ash and
teak(dear) and big river has various timbers with polypropylene strips
to simulate planking, with real veneers (blackbutt, blackwood, etc)but
only available for large orders.  I wonder if anybody has any further
sources?
