Just a follow up guys;
Called last friday, David had forgotten my order (again). Promised to
follow it up and call me back the same day, which he didnt.
I called today and couldnt get him. Called again and he claimed to have
lost my fax. We're getting close to a month here, the order is paid for
and still hasnt been ****pped.
I wrote up a letter detailing everything that has happened so far and
faxed
it through to both head office and mail order, and that seemed to have
done
me some good. I got a call back, an apology for being 'short with me',
and
a promise that my order would ****p tomorrow.
We'll see ;-)
