Very, umm, green. I think the pilothouse was a bad move.

I am not expert, but I would imagine that a 60ft yacht would be a
major maintenance headache irrespective of material. Apart from hull
maintenance, everything has to be so much bigger (and therefore
expensive) - engine, ground tackle, sails etc.

And I wouldn't want to try docking it, or even pick up a mooring.

Something half that length perhaps?
