So, if it only has one bulb keel this must be mounted in the convex 
centre section.

Hence the very shallow draught when it's raised - 0.55m

I presume the centre convex section is above the water line? With the 
wetted length/drag effectively doubled, even with low displacement hulls 
- methinks it would need to be light to move at all !
