Is Lizard Island, which is near Cod Hole, best place to stay if you
don't want to be on a vessel and sleep on a vessel. I want to dive at
Cod Hole because of the large cod: I want to see rays and underwater
schools of fish more than coral. What hotel is really luxurious. Can I
get a doctor in America to fill out the medical form I need. My husband
has diabetes. Can he dive if a doctor gives him the form signed. I have
mild asthma: will that stop me from diving. I am certified and have
been diving for years.
