I hope I am posting this in the correct group....
Are there any regulations concerning going **** on privately owned
boats on Ontario, Canada waters. We own a 20 foot pontoon boat and
tend to go **** whenever we can. We often swim **** off the swimdeck
of the boat and thoroughly enjoy it. On one occasion we were stopped
by the Provincial Police Marine Unit to check if we had all the
necessary equipment on board, but was able to put my shorts on in lots
of time... Do I have to cover up when another boat approaches? I was
on a local river and passed another motor boat... I covered up as the
boat passed, but the female passenger of the passing boat remained
topless and didn't even flinch when we passed. Should I have not
bothered covering up either?
Do other people have any **** boating experiences or enough knowledge
of the Ontario / Canadian law to share with me? Thanx.
