I don't see anything - must have expired on my ISP. British law 
doesn't have much sway in Canada anyway.

I seem to recall a case in Ontario that set precedent that allow 
females to be topless in certain cir***stances, but don't recall 
mention of men going bottomless - a whole other matter.  I assume any 
OPP officer could clarify it for you. Let us know what you find out.
