Non Verbal are  thoes things OTHER than a liguistic form. For example,
voice inflections are NV. but American Sign Language is NOT NV. ANd
gestures are NV. (Chapter 6, Looking In Looking Out 11th edition Adler
& Town. ) The 12th edition is out but rearanged all the chapters but
still a good undergrad survey text.

O, since horn signals, fla****ng lights signals etc are defined in the
ColRegs I would say they are part of an established lingusitic form
and  as such would NOT fit the diffiition of Non Verbal COmmunication.

I think im going to have a beer and lay in the sun, watch the
swallows, and listen to the carp jump. to bad ya get so defensive
about someone with a little know in a subject. Ya must have a small
pee pee.
