Actually a 12 hours is standard day.
$550/12 =3D $45.83 per hour
Thats just about what a new RN gets after a 18 month program (2 year
AS degree)
Then add that 14/7 day work schedule. Heart stopping food.
Not sure if its such good money. But if ur from TX LA MS FL woking in
the GOM maybe the the only option ya got cause ya got a 10th grade
education n it beats welfare.
No wonder there is a mariner shortage
