Have you searched in English only or can you read French? There are a
number of websites in French that have some info. If you are willing to
go on a guided trip, there are sites like:
<http://www.airdularge.com/activites.aspx?catid=10>
Note that they rank
a crossing to the island as difficult (waves, wind and currents to
contend with).
There's also a local tourism office you can deal with and they can put
you in touch with any local kayak specialists:
<http://charlevoix.qc.ca/isle-aux-coudres/a_cadre_accueil_e.htm>
You can also try the Quebec tourism office:
<http://www.bonjourquebec.com/qc-en/charlevoix0.html>
If you're really desperate, you can try contacting Boreal Designs, the
kayak makers, they might have some contacts. They are in the suburbs of
QC and are definitely kayaking enthusiasts.
