Using epoxy tint?

by "adambolonsky@[EMAIL PROTECTED] " <adambolonsky@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > May 4, 2008 at 06:36 AM

I'm repairing a massive delam problem on a fifteen-year-old CCL
Patuxent.

It delammed probably because I worked the epoxy too much during
application, creating air bubbles.

:frightened

I plan to re-bright the deck with varnish, wait a month, then cover
the varnish with clearcoat two-part linear polyurethane.

But what I want to do most is to tint the finish coats of fresh epoxy
on the hull, then two-part linear paint the hull, to reduce seasonal
maintenance on scrathces, etc.

Anyone know a good place to buy white tint in bulk? I'll go broke
buying it through my local West Marine.

Also, any tips on using tint?

fiberglass repair, using Brian Nystrom's photos:[
