The news story about the 9yo girl who died on the Wye last month - 2
men have been arrested and bailed - anyone know what for? From what I
can see it's a simple case of inexperienced paddlers got into trouble
on spate river, boat capsized, one of them drowned. None of the news
reporting says what the involvement of the 2 arrested men was - seems
very strange to me.
