Ocean Sailor Volunteers as Yacht Sitter/Skipper/Manager

After >25 years of blue water sailing in waters off Europe, Asia and
the Americas I have 'swallowed the anchor', at least tem****arily. I'm
getting bored to be a landlubber already and wish to be your yacht
'sitter', skipper or manager in any ****t in the world, guarding,
maintaining, managing, and maybe skippering your yacht for your
pleasure or revenue.
I can handle maintenance and light repairs of the hull, sails and
rigging of your power or sailing yacht, and all her other systems
including but not limited to rigging, sails, engines (diesel and
gas/petrol), generators, wiring and plumbing, water-makers, solar, wind
and engine driven generators, VHF and SSB radios, computers,
autopilots, GPS and celestial navigation; also recruiting competent
crew, servants and cooks.
Consider using my expertise and language skills when surveying and
negotiating for yachts for sale, like the thousands of vessels damaged
by past hurricanes in Florida, and still unsold (just google
'distressed boats for sale'!).
There is an easy way to legally and safely purchase a slightly
distressed boat there and legally sail her the 90 miles to Cuba where
excellent boat works are available at less than 10 euro per hour, by
the same ****pwrights who maintain the tourist cruise and deep-sea
fi****ng fleets. Similar situations exist in Southern California and
Texas, where, there are excellent repair facilities available in Mexico
at affordable rates just a pleasant daysail away.
Use your sailing or motor yacht, mono-hull, multihull, catamaran,
trimaran, dive boat, yacht as a second domicile in a warm climate
seasonally or as 'permanent traveller' (PT) to escape your highly
taxed, cold, crowded homeland, as tourist cruising/fi****ng/diving cash
cow, business tax write-off shelter or investment vehicle for re-sale
in areas, where she'll be worth much more than in the depressed US
market. Sail her in your holidays/vacantions and then leave her
securely in my competent and caring hands.
I have a good income from my pension, Therefore I barter my services
for live-aboard privileges only, no remuneration expected except
expenses and a small commission on revenue.

Land in BRD und steht als Yachtsitter, -manager, oder auch als Berater
beim Einkauf von gŸnstigen Yachten (z B in den jetzt super-billigen
USA) fuer part time Segler als Verwalter, Pfleger, Waechter, Crew,
Skipper ihrer Schiffe (ab 8 mtr) bereit. Vorschlag: leicht
Hurrican-beschaedigte aber sonst seetuechtige Yachten in Florida
aufkaufen und 90 Seemeilen suedlich auf Kuba (oder Kalifornien ./. Baja
Cal, Mexiko) billig und gut reparieren lassen. Spreche fliessend
Englisch und Deutsch, gut Spanisch und Franzoesisch. War lange in USA
und Mexiko, sowie auf Kuba, Bali, Bermuda, Phuket.
Erfahren in GPS and celestial navigation, UKW/VHF- und Kurzwellen-Funk,
Unterhalt und Reparatur von Diesel- und AB-Motoren, Besegelung und
Rigg, Wassermachern, Stromaggregaten (Wind-, Solar-, Otto- und
Diesel-Generatoren) usw, Segeln und motoring in Multihulls und
Kielbooten, Taucher, Rettungsschwimmer. NT, NR, Vegetarier).â
Ausser Spesen operiere ich gratis, denn ausreichedes Einkommen ist
vorhanden, reicht aber nicht mehr fuer eigenes Schiff. Heimathafen
egal, ziehe aber natuerlich Subtropen und Tropen vor.
