Well, I suppose it depends on what kind of background you have.
Ordinary shore lights have their fair share of fla****ng too.
If the background is less of a problem, a light tends to be invisible
when off, so the longer it's on, the easier it will be to find!

Yes, there are. Lismore Light, for example.
