Invader as first yacht

A friend has asked my opinion as an Invader (bilge keel) as a first yacht. 
Comes with a tidal mooring on the South Coast for 600 quid a year.

I am a bit out of touch with this type, but seems quite nice.  Inboard
10hp
diesel.

Any opinions from UKRS?.
