That is the trouble with statistics. I don't doubt the figures you
quote are correct, but you have taken the subset of people already in
hospital care. It may be the case that people outside have a lower
survival rate, or a higher one. The only case with which I have been
involved, was of someone suffering a heart attack while driving and
cra****ng in front of me. She was revived at the roadside. (She may
have been the 2%, I guess).
