If you'd learn how to write a coherent sentence perhaps you'd avoid
causing
confusion. You clearly stated:

Do you not realize that a compass rose is also printed on a magnetic
compass
card? So, you should have written "Fine. But the chart compass rose
points
to 5º on the true north ring rather than 2.45 - why is this?
